Please make a reservation for me. I understand your cancellation policy and I authorize Gennaro Fusco of GENNARO FUSCO LIMOUSINE to charge my credit card, ONLY as specified in the undermentioned cancellation policy.

• We hold your credit card information as a guarantee for your service, payment will be made at the end of the tour/transfer directly to your driver.
• Cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to arrival date. If it is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to charge the "no show fee" on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services.
• Please note: we will NOT CHARGE payment to your credit card, but we will keep the information in our database reserving the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the amount of the service just in case of "NO SHOW" or "LATE CANCELLATION".
• If the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any reason, It's not Your fault and you'll be not charged, However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port, if you are still on board obviously. A fee would be charged if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the 7 days cancellation period.
• Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.
• Gennaro Fusco Limousine will not be held liable for missed flights. If you'll be able to advise us within 12 hrs of a missed flight we do not charge any no show fee, less than 12 hrs a full amount fee will be charged on your credit card.
• The transfer with pick up at the Airport include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€.
• In case you loose your luggage please come outside to advise your driver so that he does not leave without you, and you do not incur any extra costs . The customs police will allow you to re-enter the lost and found zone.
• The transfer with pick up at the Rail Stations include 1 hour wait for your train. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 30€.

Personal data collected will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Art. 11, No DL 30/6/2003 196 or so legally and correctly, in ways that do not exceed the purpose for the collection and relevance to them, keeping only for as long as necessary and not beyond, respecting the minimum standards of security under Article. 31, No DL 30/6/2003 196 and Annex B of the same Decree. The above data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, by signing this form, the company will give its consent to the processing of personal data for purposes commercial, administrative and advertising exclusively by Gennaro Fusco Limousine.
